Frequently asked questions
Yes, absolutely! If you have an existing booking, you can add on services available through Travel Concierge such as a door-to-door airport transfer, or stay in an airport hotel before your holiday. If you’d like to use the Travel Concierge to change elements of the holiday you’ve already booked – for example changing your flights, or adding a pre or post cruise hotel stay – then we are happy to help with this too. However, any costs already committed by us on your behalf for your existing booking – for example non-refundable flights – will still be incurred.
